IBL Value Park

The Riche Terre property which fronts the Northern Entrance Road is proposed as a commercial site of high value, which should be developed as retail facilities which have access directly off the freeway and provide convenient parking facilities.

Modular units of a minimum size of 180m² provide flexible and economical retail space, catering to the needs of high volume, specialist merchants and factory shops. Each unit would front the parking area, allowing direct access from customer parking, the extent of shop front display being tailored to the needs of individual retailers. Service deliveries for each unit are via a rear access road and 7m high clear internal volumes allow warehouse type goods storage and/or the construction of mezzanine floors, according to individual requirements.

The architectural character of the complex will purposely be kept simple, in order to highlight the displays of commercial signage and advertising banners associated with the individual retailers.
