Riche-Terre Business Park

To maximize the value of IBL landholdings in Riche Terre while, at the same time, planning for the future growth and development of the existing IBL operations in Riche Terre. IBL proposes to develop a Business and Commercial Park of 61, 000m² found within its 150, 000 m² land in Riche Terre.

Different types of accommodation would be grouped and located in terms of their need for public exposure and accessibility. The three projects to be developed are:
- IBL Value Park
- IBL Business Park
- IBL Industrial Park
