Introduction

IBL Property Management, Projects & Services has been set up in order to unlock the inherent value of Ireland Blyth Limited's lands and buildings portfolio. IBL, one of the largest groups in Mauritius, was incorporated as a private company on 14th July 1972 following the merger of two companies which had been trading in Mauritius since the early nineteenth century. IBL remained a private company until 1994 when it was converted into public and was listed at the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.

Some IBL properties will be developed into new residential, industrial, commercial and administrative ventures. Some of the strategic developments already decided upon include a residential property project in Floréal, commercial buildings development in Dr Ferrière Street, in Port-Louis and a business park in Riche Terre.
