IBL Industrial Park
The south side of the Business Park courtyard would be closed with the public façade of light industrial units incorporating world-class standard offices for Logidis and Somatrans that will be built on a 7,000m² plot of land. These offices would have adjacent a customer parking of nearly 10,000 m² which can be accessed from the Business Park frontage. Each office would have rear access via a yard to the South which is accessible by heavy goods vehicles from the main road. Agricultural workshops, small manufacturers, wholesalers etc. would probably locate here.
Moreover, 'Mini-factories' could be constructed to the West, on the vacant land over the existing road, forming a small Industrial Park in which public and service access roads are separated.
