IBL Business Park

This complex would be laid out around three sides of a landscaped central courtyard and comprises 3 storeys of modular office accommodation of over 11,000 m², designed to facilitate flexible configurations suiting the needs of a wide range of different tenancies. A roundabout at the junction of the existing Logidis access road and the new avenue would directs access to the proposed IBL Business Park.

It is anticipated that the Business Park would provide attractive premises for offices, showrooms, 'clean' electronic workshops, labs and assembly areas etc.
